Things To Remember
- All dogs outside of fences must be on a leash
- Do not share your marina code outside of your family.
- Any construction, alteration or addition must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Forms are available on this website.
- Avoid extended parking of vehicles close to the street. This allows larger vehicles, oncoming vehicles and pedestrians more room to maneuver on our streets.
- The main gate is scheduled to remain open long enough to allow guest cars and trailers to follow member cars into the marina. Please do not assume the gate will stay open if you follow someone at a distance, or are some distance away when you open the gate using the app. The electric eye may malfunction damaging the gate or your vehicle, and often when electric eye trips it causes the gate to lock open.
- The gate will open for most vehicles other than golf carts when you stop inside the marina with the yellow post abeam the windshield. Just be sure you are centered in front of the gate or slightly right of center, and you give the gate a second or two to open. The tendency is to pull up too far left because that’s where the push button is.
