2024 Proxy and Absentee Ballot

Wayne Brinkmeyer – I have been a property owner in Twin Shores since 1979. My wife Linda, and I have been permanent
residents in the neighborhood for seven years now, having built our retirement home in 2017. We love living in Twin Shores. It is a special neighborhood and we have come to know a number of residents in the neighborhood. I am a retired engineer and electrical contractor, having owned my own business. I think my business background would serve me well in a position on the POA Board. I have served one previous two year term on the board several years ago.

Chris Inman – Been a Twin Shores resident for 9 years. Served on the board twice.

Bruce Norman – I am putting my name in for nomination for a board position. I have a mid management background since 1983 and retired in 2018. I have plenty of time and abilities to be on the board as we have lived here since 2019 and really enjoy it. I appreciate the opportunity and if you have any questions, please let me know.

Dan Sherer – I will be on the board if needed.

John Weizer – I have over a decade of helping this community and would enjoy being a part of the future development process.

Carrie Wooddell – Bookkeeper for Twin Shores POA for 12 years. Familiar with cost of maintaining subdivision.
