Marina Rules & Regulations

  • Marina use is for Twin Shores property owners and guests accompanied by the property owner or property owner family member.
  • Discharging of any type of firearm or devices emitting projectiles is prohibited.
  • Swimmers shall use caution when swimming in or near the launch area and give the right of way to boaters. Caution should also be used when swimming near the piers and boat stall areas. Enter the water feet first and be careful of debris, particularly in the boat dock and stall area. Wearing an approved floating device is strongly recommended. Young and inexperienced swimmers should be supervised by an adult. Swimming is at your own risk.
  • Existing boat stalls are to be used for short stays not exceeding twenty-four hours.
  • Short term parking for empty trailers is limited to 72 hours.
  • Boats must have a current TPWL registration sticker.
  • Boats must be able to operate under their own power at all times.
  • Trailers must be in moveable condition with tires inflated. Trailers must have a lot number and Twin Shores decal marked near the hitch of the trailer or in plain view.
  • Do not share gate codes with anyone other than family members.
